Principal Experience
Principal Herb Schultz IV has over two decades of experience in commercial and residential architecture and design. Focused mainly in and around Philadelphia, he has worked on small, medium and large scale projects from inception thru completion, including programming, planning, design & documentation, marketing and construction.
As an architect, he understands that the client relationship is the most vital element of realizing a great project. Listening to the needs and vision of the client and working to come up with creative solutions to their challenges is not only a key aspect of the job, its what motivates.
Over the years, Herb has been fortunate to collaborate with excellent clients on a number of wonderful projects. Ranging from large multi-building retail developments and not-for-profit community centers to adaptive reuse projects and mixed use multi-family residential, his experience is extensive in many use classifications and construction types.
With experience working for carpentry and construction companies, Herb brings a pragmatic and collaborative approach to his work, specifically when working with the construction team. This collaborative approach and attention to cooperation in lieu of contention makes the experience for all stakeholders more enjoyable and results in the final product exceeding expectations.
